Are you interested in learning about Reiki and how to incorporate this beautiful energy into your life for self healing? Reiki is a hands on healing system that encourages the flow of universal life force energy throughout your body. Reiki will promote rest and relaxation giving your energy the opportunity to flow freely restoring, nourishing and rejuvenating the needs of your body. Your energy body directly affects your physical body and how you feel on a daily basis. Choosing to take this Reiki Training will assist you in learning how to access reiki energy and be able to balance the energy of your body, mind & soul to feel renewed daily. When you take care of your self care energy needs, you are better able to take care of the needs of others and the demands of life while still feeling energized and balanced. Tami Killam is a Reiki Master Teacher and she has designed the day to be a relaxing retreat for a small group to learn how to bring a reiki practice into your life for daily rejuvenation. The 6 hour day includes yoga, meditation, breathwork, sage energy clearing, crystals, history of reiki, healing guidelines, overview of chakra system, four reiki attunements, self reiki hand positions, reiki treatment for self, reiki hand positions for others, reiki chair treatment and reiki treatment for others. Please note the focus of Reiki I training is doing reiki on yourself to encourage self healing and self care to maintain a balanced energetic body. However, you will learn all the hand positions and how to work on others, so you could work on a best friend or family member. If you aspire to work on people in exchange for money as a business, Reiki II training must be completed as well. Give yourself the gift of time to learn the art of reiki so you can use reiki energy every day to positively impact your wellness.

ReIKI II Group training At Jala studio Providence, RI $295
If you have done Reiki I training in the Usui lineage and aspire to go deeper in the teachings of Reiki, Reiki II training is the next training for you to experience. Tami Killam is a Reiki Master Teacher and she will be guiding a small group of 6 people through this 6 hour retreat day. Meditation, Yoga, crystals, sage energy clearing, vibrational sound bowl grounding experience, review of Reiki I materials, Reiki II attunements, Distance Reiki and three symbols to learn how to guide energy will be included in this nourishing day filled with Reiki learning. Reiki I focuses on your intuitive healing abilities and Reiki II assists you in moving from doing Reiki to living Reiki which heightens your ability to work with the energy through Reiki symbols. You will learn how to send Reiki from a distance and offer Reiki energy to people that are not in the same space as you. After completing Reiki II training, you will be a Reiki Practitioner who may create a Reiki business and offer Reiki sessions. You may aspire to work on clients or you may want to do Reiki II training for your own personal healing to elevate your self Reiki practice. Reiki II training is an amazing day filled with experiences that nourish your nervous system and create a space for you to go deeper in your learning of Reiki.
